During the super-regional round of the 2019 NCAA Baseball Tournament, Vanderbilt freshman RHP Kumar Rocker struck out 19 Duke players and threw the first super-regional no-hitter ever.

On Tuesday night, he’s back on the mound, facing Michigan in the College World Series championship series. The Commodores have their backs against the wall, needing to win to avoid elimination.

As you can see below, Rocker brought his A game, striking out five of the first six Wolverines who stepped to the plate:

Rocker got into a bit of trouble in the third inning, allowing two men to reach base with one out. However, he struck out the final batter in the inning to escape with no runs scored.

There’s still a long way to go in this game, but for now, Rocker is dealing and we’ll see how long he remains in this game. Tune in to ESPN to find out how the Commodores fare.
