The SEC’s all-time leading receiver is already making a splash in the NFL.
Philadelphia Eagles rookie Jordan Matthews, Vanderbilt’s go-to option the last several years, caught eight passes for 59 yards and two touchdowns during his team’s 37-34 win over the Redskins on Sunday.

Matthews has a chance to establish himself as Philly’s No. 2 option behind Jeremy Maclin since Riley Cooper has struggled in the early going this season.
Other Vanderbilt notables:
- Running back Zac Stacy tallied 121 yards of total offense during the Rams’ three-point home loss to Dallas.
- Quarterback Jay Cutler and the Bears (1-1) battle the Jets today on Monday Night Football.
