The Alabama Crimson Tide have the state of Louisiana’s best player committed, according to Gatorade.

All-purpose back Slade Bolden won the prestigious award Monday, and Nick Saban has to love the incoming playmaker’s potential.

Bolden, from West Monroe, Louisiana, is rated as a 3-star prospect and ranked as the nation’s No. 11 all-purpose back and the state’s No. 17 overall player, according to 247Sports Composite Rankings. He’s listed at 5-foot-11 and 198 pounds.

One word comes to mind about Bolden: do-it-all playmaker. He put up silly numbers in 2017, passing 1,622 yards and 20 TDs and rushing for 1,460 yards and 20 TDs.

Bolden committed to Alabama over LSU and TCU in August.
