For the second time in as many offseasons, Nick Saban completely reworked his coaching staff at Alabama. The Crimson Tide are poised to go into next season with seven of the program’s 10 full-time assistants being new faces in the building — at the very all seven coaches positions at different schools or in the NFL last season.

At least offensive coordinator Steve Sarkisian, outside linebackers coach Sal Sunseri and safeties coach Charles Kelly have all worked previously in Tuscaloosa, giving them a working knowledge of what comes with working for Saban. Now we know how much it will cost the program to assemble Saban’s new staff of experience assistant coaches for 2019.
