Tua Tagovailoa isn’t the only Tagovailoa going through an injury rehab process.

His younger brother, Alabama QB commit Taulia Tagovailoa, is also dealing with an injury, which he suffered during the Alabama state playoffs.

Per the younger Tagovailoa, his shoulder is getting better after he hurt it during a 31-28 win over Hoover in the 7A semifinals (via AL.com):

“My shoulder is getting better,” he said. “We have great trainers up here and they’re helping me get better. … I’m just focused on getting my shoulder better one day at a time.”

Tagovailoa’s Thompson team ended up losing the state championship game against Central-Phenix City while he struggled to play through the injury.

It’ll be good for Tagovailoa to get to Tuscaloosa (or another school if he decides to flip) where he can get even better medical care from an athletic department with a huge budget.
