An Alabama reunion may happen on the Maryland coaching staff.

Dan Enos, who was the Alabama quarterbacks coach in 2018, and is currently on the Cincinnati staff, is being wooed by Maryland coach and former Alabama offensive coordinator Mike Locksley, the Maryland head coach. Pete Thamel of Yahoo reported the news about the Bearcats’ running backs coach.

Between Alabama and Cincinnati, Enos was at Miami where he was offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach.

The well-traveled Enos was also at Arkansas from 2015-17 as offensive coordinator and QBs coach.

During his three years at Arkansas, Enos oversaw a balanced pro-style offense which produced some of the most impressive seasons in Razorbacks history. Arkansas was one of two FBS programs with a 3,000-yard passer and 1,300-yard rusher in both 2015 and 2016, featuring a different quarterback and different running back carrying the load in each season, according to his UC bio.

He has been a play-caller for over a decade, was head coach at Central Michigan for five seasons and boasts more than two decades of experience coaching skill position players. He was on the coaching staff at UC mentoring the quarterbacks from 2004-05. His other Power 5 experience was at Michigan State, his alma mater.
