After being sidelined for a couple of days this week for what he called “precautionary” measures, former Alabama wide receiver Julio Jones is now “good to go” for the Falcons, according to a report by Pro Football Talk’s Josh Alper.

Earlier this week, Jones reportedly experienced some calf tightness, but after sitting out for two days, he was a limited participant in Friday’s practice. Moreover, Jones is not listed under any injury designation heading into the Falcons’ matchup against New Orleans on Sunday, according to the report.

Jones has 15 catches for 233 yards in two games so far in 2018, but has yet to record a touchdown in the young season. He has 600 receptions in his NFL career for 9,287 yards, including 43 touchdowns. During his career at Alabama, Jones hauled in 179 catches for 2,653 yards. Those numbers earned him All-SEC honors during his career with the Crimson Tide, who are currently ranked No. 1 in the Associated Press Top-25.

His junior season, Jones snatched 78 catches, an Alabama record, and he was selected sixth overall by the Falcons in the 2011 NFL Draft.
