Bill O’Brien and Alabama’s offense have been less than impactful against LSU’s defense. In fact, the Tide’s offense has struggled for much of the night. Tiger Stadium is definitely a factor, but the Tide’s offense has been out of rhythm.

LSU leads Alabama 7-6 at halftime.

The Tide’s offense has managed 214 yards, but just 44 rushing yards loom large. Bryce Young is 12-of-24 for 170 yards and a red zone interception.

Alabama has managed 2 trips to the red zone, and the Tide have just 3 points to show for them. Young threw an interception during the first drive of the game, and Will Reichard kicked a 29-yard field goal on the second. Alabama was on LSU’s 5-yard line; however, Young was sacked at the LSU 12-yard line, making Alabama kick the field goal.

Reichard kicked another field goal just before halftime to cut LSU’s lead to 7-6.

O’Brien’s offense has struggled at times, and Alabama fans aren’t too happy with his play calling and game plan.
