Christopher Allen became a star for the Alabama Crimson Tide defense in 2020, helping them win the national championship.

But, during preparations for the 2021 season, Allen suffered an injury that kept him sidelined for the entire campaign.

He declared for the 2022 NFL Draft, but didn’t hear his name called during the event in Las Vegas. Now, though, it is being reported that he has signed with the Denver Broncos as an undrafted free agent:

Per Doug Kyed, Allen’s deal has a $30,000 signing bonus and has $180,000 in total guarantees.

Now, we’ll see if Allen can land a roster spot for the Broncos, a team gearing up to make a run at a Super Bowl under new QB Russell Wilson this fall.
