Back in 2016, Blake Barnett won the starting quarterback job at Alabama. Of course, we all know what happened next, as Jalen Hurts took over and eventually led the Crimson Tide all the way to the title game.

Barnett quickly transferred from the program, landing at Arizona State. However, things didn’t work out for him there, and now he’s on the move once again.

According to a report from JP Peterson, Barnett is heading to USF to join coach Charlie Strong and the Bulls:

The Bulls need a quarterback after losing superstar Quinton Flowers this offseason, and Barnett will reportedly be eligible to play right away.

Barnett appeared in only two games for Arizona State this fall, completing three of his five passes for 40 yards and an interception.
