Former Alabama RB Brian Robinson was reportedly shot multiple times Sunday. The injuries are said to be non-life-threatening.

Initial incident reports say Robinson was shot in an attempted robbery. ESPN’s Adam Schefter called the incident an attempted carjacking. Mike Garafolo tweeted that Robinson is in stable condition.

Robinson played at Alabama from 2017-to-2021. The Washington Commanders selected him No. 98 overall in the third round of the 2022 NFL Draft.

A 2-time national champion at Alabama (2017, 2020) Robinson made 55 appearances for the Crimson Tide, rushing 545 times for 2,704 yards and 29 touchdowns. The 2021 season was Robinson’s first with triple-digit carries (271), more than 1,000 yards rushing (1,343) and double-digit touchdowns (14).

Robinson was pushing for the starting running back job in Washington. Hopefully, he recovers quickly and is back on the field soon!
