BJ Emmons’ time with the Las Vegas Raiders appears to be done.

The former Alabama running back was let go Monday in a series of roster moves by the Raiders.

Emmons was cut from the team’s active roster last week. He was quickly re-signed to the team’s practice squad. The Monday roster move is Emmons’ release from the Las Vegas practice squad.

Emmons started his college career at Alabama in 2016. He then transferred to Hutchinson Community College for the 2017 season. After not playing in 2018, Emmons returned to the FBS level, landing with Lane Kiffin’s Florida Atlantic program in 2019. Emmons finished his college career at FAU in 2020.

We’ll see if he gets another NFL opportunity.
