Josh Jobe has been a key member of Alabama’s secondary the past 3 seasons. But, during the 2022 NFL Draft, he didn’t hear his name called at all.

Fortunately, he didn’t have to wait long after the draft to find a team willing to give him an opportunity.

According to SportsTrust Advisors on Twitter, Jobe is signing with the Philadelphia Eagles as an undrafted free agent as teams prepare for the 2022 preseason:

In 4 years with the Crimson Tide, Jobe appeared in 39 games, recording 129 tackles (3.5 for a loss), 2 sacks, 3 interceptions, 19 pass breakups, 2 forced fumbles and a fumble recovery.

The Eagles need some help in their secondary, so we’ll see if Jobe can perform well this preseason and land a roster spot in 2022.
