Former Alabama and NFL star fullback Le’Ron McClain took to social media Saturday to vent frustration about the NFL and struggles with head injuries.

Many former players have sued the NFL saying that head trauma has caused or could cause neurological problems. Those lawsuits have been well documented, and you can read more about them here.
