Nick Saban comments on Agiye Hall after WR sent cryptic tweet following Mississippi State game
Nick Saban and the Alabama Crimson Tide went to Starkville and picked up a dominant 49-9 win over Mississippi State on Saturday night.
But, after the game, there was some drama, as talented freshman WR Agiye Hall tweeted (then deleted) a message that he was “calling it quits,” presumably due to a lack of playing time.
On Monday, Saban was asked about Hall. He said it’s about coaches being able to trust players. Apparently, Hall hasn’t earned that trust yet:
Saban asked about Agiye Hall: "It's up to the players to impress the coaches that they can be trusted to go into the game and do what they're supposed to do."

Saban on Agiye Hall: There are players with talent, but they need to know how to use it.

Hall was a breakout star during Alabama’s spring scrimmage, but he hasn’t seen the field much this fall.
Will that change? Or, is his time in Tuscaloosa coming to an end? We’ll find out over the next few weeks, it seems.
