Alabama head coach Nick Saban revealed this week that the Crimson Tide will have two changes to its offensive line in Week 7 against Texas A&M.

With starting center Chris Owens out with a knee injury, starting right guard Landon Dickerson will move to center to replace him while Deonte Brown will enter the lineup at right guard.

“(Brown)’s going to play right guard, Landon will play center and everybody else is really the same,” Saban said Thursday night on The Nick Saban Show. “But you have to practice all the time with these internal guys alternating their positions. It’s the only way that you can get the best five players on the field when you do have something happen to a particular person. So, having Deonte back is really good, and he’s practiced and played pretty well.”

Changes upfront aren’t exactly ideal with a road matchup in front of 102,000 hostile fans in a place nicknamed the 12th man, but Saban also said on his show that dealing with crowd noise is something the team worked on all week.

Alabama has won six straight against Texas A&M since the Aggies upset the Crimson Tide with Johnny Manziel in the programs’ first-ever SEC matchup in 2012. Alabama is 9-2 all time against Texas A&M.

The Aggies will host the Crimson Tide at College Station on Oct. 12 with kickoff coming at 3:30 pm ET.
