Nick Saban always looks for something Alabama can work on the next week, and that was no different at the end of the 42-21 victory over Ole Miss on Saturday.

“If there’s a negative in the game, we’ve gotta learn how to finish the game,” Saban told Jamie Erdahl of CBS Sports. “We didn’t finish the game the way we’d like.”

Saban was also visibly upset with some of the officials as Alabama was flagged late in the game.

“I don’t think we maintained our intensity and finished the game like we liked,” Saban said. “You want to finish the game on offense, we didn’t make it on fourth and less than one. Then we gave them good field position, which, maybe we should have just punted. But we just misexecuted some things in the end which you don’t like to ever see.”

But overall, Saban had to be pleased with the 27 first downs, and 451 total yards racked up by his offense, while Alabama limited Ole Miss to 78 rushing yards, and 7-for-19 on third or fourth down.
