Nick Saban rips satellite camps at SEC spring meetings

Nick Saban is at the SEC spring meetings in Destin, Fla., and so are members of the SEC media. When Saban met with the media, satellite camps – college football’s everlasting hot topic – came up and the Alabama coach had plenty of criticisms for the current rules and arrangement.

It’s also clear that Saban is in favor of a college football commissioner – if that commissioner is against satellite camps.

Some highlights of Saban’s spring meetings press conference, or as one columnist called it, the coach’s “greatest hits“:
