Shots fired? Lane Kiffin posts interesting tweet in response to Eagles player's insult of Bill Belichick
The Philadelphia Eagles are living it up this week after winning Super Bowl LII over the New England Patriots last Sunday.
Some of the things they’re saying have caused a stir, though, including OL Lane Johnson’s comments about the culture in New England.
Johnson said he’d rather have fun winning one Super Bowl than be involved with a team that wins several, but does it in a very business-like fashion:

That comment was obviously directed at Patriots coach Bill Belichick, but it’s clear former Alabama OC Lane Kiffin drew some parallels to his time at Alabama under coach Nick Saban, too:

One of the greatest “what ifs” of Saban’s time in Tuscaloosa, whenever it finally comes to an end, will be whether the Tide could have won the National Championship Game following the 2016 season if Kiffin hadn’t been fired before the title contest.
However, it’s clear Kiffin is having a lot of time at Florida Atlantic, and tweets like that seem to indicate he doesn’t regret anything.
