It hasn’t taken very long at all for Alabama to outclass Oklahoma in the Orange Bowl. While the Crimson Tide do that to many opponents, one gridiron foe proved a match for Nick Saban’s club this season after one quarter — The Citadel.

You may remember The Citadel held Alabama to only seven points in the first quarter back on Dec. 17 when the two met in Tuscaloosa. The score of the game at halftime was also tied at 10. Oklahoma has given up 21 to Alabama in the first quarter and quickly found itself in a 28-0 hole early in the second quarter of the Orange Bowl.

The only thing more impressive than The Citadel’s showing on the field that Saturday in Tuscaloosa was the performance of the team’s official Twitter account. Leading up to the game, and during for that matter, The Citadel’s account trolled both Alabama and several of the Tide’s former SEC opponents.

Well, as no coincidence, the account is back and delivered an amazing tweet following the first quarter of the Orange Bowl.
