Tua Tagovailoa may have gotten robbed last year when he finished as the runner-up to Kyler Murray in the voting for the Heisman Trophy but that hasn’t stopped Alabama’s starting quarterback from gaining some offseason traction when it comes to the next race for college football’s top individual trophy.

According to Westgate sportsbook out of Las Vegas, Tagovailoa is currently listed as a 5 to 2 favorite to win the next Heisman.

Alabama’s signal caller passed for 3,996 yards, 43 touchdowns and only six interceptions in addition to completing 69 percent of his passes in his first season as the team’s starting quarterback in 2018. It may be tough to top those numbers but Nick Saban may decide to keep Tua in regular season games well into the fourth quarter next season after rarely doing so last season.

Clemson’s Trevor Lawrence currently has the second-best odds, with Jalen Hurts and Justin Fields also listed in the top four by Westgate. The graphic below was recently shared by ESPN’s College Football account on Twitter:
