Cleveland is starting to feel a little bit like Baton Rouge North.

The Browns traded for former LSU wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr. this offseason. In Round 2 of this weekend’s NFL Draft, Cleveland selected former Tigers CB Greedy Williams.

Beckham, Williams and Jarvis Landry are set to be coached by former Alabama QB Freddie Kitchens. When ESPN’s Trey Wingo kidded Kitchens about being surrounded by so many Tigers, the former Alabama quarterback had the perfect zinger for his alma mater’s division rivals.

“Well, if they had played a little better in high school, they could have went to Alabama,” Kitchens said.

There’s sure to be some trash talk in Cleveland before and after Nov. 9 when the Tide and Tigers face off in Tuscaloosa. Former Alabama LB Mack Williams was selected by the Browns in the fifth round.
