It’s almost playoff time in New Orleans, so Saints fans are busy buying new gear for what they hope is a Super Bowl run.

With Christmas coming up, too, it was the perfect time for former Alabama RB Mark Ingram to team up with ESPN’s NFL Countdown to pull a cool prank on fans.

As you can see in the video below, shared by ESPN on YouTube, Ingram went undercover at a sporting goods store to surprise fans:

Obviously this was a lot of fun for Ingram and the fans alike (even the one who almost cried during the prank).

The Saints take on the Pittsburgh Steelers on Sunday afternoon in New Orleans, so we’ll see if Ingram can make even more fans by scoring a touchdown or two.
