Rich Eisen may be angling for a Grammy with this rendition of Alabama coach Nick Saban’s recent press conference reaction to the latest fashion trends.

The NFL Network host said on his radio show, “You tell me this doesn’t sound like a country music lyric to you.” And then he proceeded to play a version of the rant with Brad Paisley’s hit song ‘Alcohol’ as the accompaniment.

Of course, Eisen, like many other college football fans, enjoyed Saban’s good-natured rant about how jeans are ripped and worn out when they’re bought these days.

“I just want to know how we got here,” Saban. “Not to offend anybody out there, but I just walked by some jeans. Wore-out jeans, holes in them, all cut up.

“I just remember when I was a kid in West Virginia, I was ashamed to go to school because my jeans were wore out, only because we didn’t have any better. Now they buy them that way. I just… how did we get here? I don’t know.”
