Arkansas hoops finds new opponent after cancellation of Tulsa game
Arkansas is 4-0 and buzz is palpable around coach Eric Musselman’s program in his second year at the helm of the Razorbacks.
The Hogs were scheduled to play Tulsa on Tuesday night, but that game had to be canceled due to COVID-19 issues in the Tulsa program.
Thus, on Monday afternoon, Musselman put out a call to action on Twitter, looking for an opponent for the week:
To the great fans of the state of Arkansas we would love to play an in state team this week to fill our open date. We reached out to every D1 team in state and could not get it to work out for this midweek opening. We are still actively looking for an opponent.

It appears it worked, as the Razorbacks announced they will now take on Southern on Wednesday night at 7 p.m. Central time on the SEC Network+ channel:
