A 3-star defensive back/athlete recruit from Milan, Tennessee has released his top five schools, and a pair of SEC teams are in the mix.

Anthony Brown, of Milan, Tennessee, announced on social media that his top five are Arkansas, Tennessee, Illinois, Wisconsin and Indiana. Brown has a reported 35 offers and he is listed at 6-foot-1 and a half and 192 pounds. He has a scheduled commitment announcement date of July 29.

He has taken official visits to Arkansas (June 4-6), Indiana and Memphis, and Arkansas is deemed the favorite, according to Pig Trail Nation. Hawg Sports noted that since Brown is a major defensive back target for the Hogs, it’s no surprise that Sam Pittman chose star safety Jalen Catalon to be his host this weekend.

“My host was Cat (Jalen Catalon). Tremendous host, tremendous player, on and off the field. He’s a real big brother,” he said. “They’re recruiting me to play Cat’s position, middle field safety.

“It’s a big expectation to live up to, for sure. He’s done a lot that most people can’t do in their whole career, so those are some big shoes to fill.”
