Arkansas may be in the middle of spring practice in Fayetteville but that hasn’t prevented Chad Morris from making moves to his Razorbacks coaching staff.

The latest addition to the Arkansas coaching staff comes with the hire of Jess Loepp, who worked previously under Morris at SMU. Loepp was SMU’s secondary coach under Morris. When Morris was hired at Arkansas, he brought several of his SMU assistants with him to Fayetteville but Loepp decided to pursue an opportunity at Prosper High School last season.

On Friday, Coach Loepp thanked Prosper for the opportunity but announced he was joining the Arkansas coaching staff. The Razorbacks currently have the full complement of 10 full-time coaching assistants, meaning Loepp will join the program in an off-the-field role.
