Chad Morris and company continue to work their Texas connections in recruiting and it continues to pay off for the Razorbacks as the program just landed another commitment from the Lone Star State.

The latest pledge comes from North Shore High School standout running back John Gentry, who announced his decision on Twitter. During Gentry’s junior season at North Shore, his team went undefeated and won the 6A Texas State title.

247Sports Composite Rankings list the 5-foot-10, 186-pound Gentry as a three-star prospect and the nation’s No. 41 running back prospect in the 2020 recruiting cycle. Following Gentry’s pledge, the Razorbacks now hold eight commitments for the 2020 recruiting cycle.
