Heading into June, there were rumblings from some that Chad Morris’ Arkansas program was beginning to fall behind in the race to build a competitive roster in the SEC. While recruiting may not have gotten off to the start Morris and his staff envisioned heading into the spring, any concerns regarding the staff’s ability to recruit have been destroyed in recent weeks.

Since June, the Razorbacks have landed 11 of the total 15 commitments the program holds for the 2019 recruiting cycle — many of which come from elite prospect poised to make an immediate impact upon their arrival to Fayetteville.

Instead of questioning if Morris and company can recruit to Fayetteville, the better question now appears to be how high can they raise the talent level in Arkansas. Well, according to CBS Sports recruiting guru Tom Lemming, the sky is the limit for the staff at Arkansas.

“I think the ceiling is as high as the Alabama’s or Georgia’s… When you have guys that know what they are doing, then you are going to have a great program,” Lemming recently said.
