The Texas 5A state championship game was held at the Dallas Cowboys’ home stadium on Friday night, and it didn’t disappoint. In fact, it may go down as an all-time classic.

The game pitted Manvel against Highland Park, and Highland Park was quarterbacked by none other than John Stephen Jones — Cowboys owner Jerry Jones’s grandson.

Though Jones is only a 2-star 2018 prospect, the Arkansas target came up big in the clutch, throwing the below touchdown with 34 seconds left to give Highland Park a 53-49 victory, as you can see in the video shared by @DMNGregRiddle on Twitter:

Jones had an incredible game, throwing for 564 yards, four touchdowns and no interceptions. He also added a rushing touchdown in the game.

According to 247Sports, Jones is a 2-star prospect and rates as the No. 109 pro-style quarterback in the class of 2018 and the No. 443 overall recruit from the state of Texas.

However, the Arkansas target may be getting some more attention after his incredible effort on the biggest stage in Texas high school football.
