Could Dalvin Cook’s brother James really go anywhere else than Florida State? According to the latest update in his recruitment, several SEC teams look to be receiving some serious consideration for his services.

The Miami native tweeted out his current Top 8 Friday morning and while Florida State was mentioned as the school on top, the 2018 five-star recruit also included Alabama, LSU, Auburn, Florida, and Georgia on his list.

The 5-foot-11, 181-pound Cook is considered one of the nation’s elite prospects in the upcoming 2018 recruiting cycle. Rated as a five-star recruit, the No. 3 running back in the nation and the No. 5 overall prospect from Florida, according to 247Sports, Cook has his choice of nearly every elite program in the country to choose from.

Perhaps the most interesting team on James’ list is Florida, as his brother Dalvin annually terrorized the Gators. During his three-year career in Tallahassee, Dalvin rushed for 480 yards in three games against the Gators. It sure would be interesting to see if James ended up annually facing off against his brother’s team.

Check out Cook’s junior season highlight reel below and you’ll see why colleges are so eager to get the talented back on campus. He certainly showcases the big-play ability teams are so eager to have on their side.
