Former Auburn RB JaTarvious “Boobee” Whitlow has been in the NCAA transfer portal for a while, announcing he was leaving the Tigers after the 2019 season.

The talented runner has been Auburn’s leading rusher the past 2 seasons, but now he’s reportedly chosen a new school.

Per AL.com’s Matt Zenitz, Whitlow is heading to the FCS level to play for Western Illinois. Zenitz reports that he is already enrolled in school there:

Western Illinois is located in Macomb, Illinois. The Leathernecks play in the Missouri Valley Conference.

In 2 years at Auburn, Whitlow recorded 1,550 rushing yards and 16 touchdowns. He added 279 yards and 2 scores as a receiver.
