Former Ole Miss and Auburn head coach Tommy Tuberville could be facing serious legal issues.

The republican senator from Alabama has had 20 stock trades cited by a New York Times analysis as potentially representing conflicts of interest between his financial well being and official senate business, per AL.com.

Tuberville claimed 60.1 percent of the vote on Nov. 3, 2020, to defeat incumbent democrat Doug Jones and claim the Alabama senate seat.

In addition to his stops at Ole Miss and Auburn, the 67-year-old Tuberville was also the head coach at Texas Tech and Cincinnati before leaving college football after the Bearcats’ 4-8 campaign in 2016.

In 21 seasons as a DI college head coach, Tuberville compiled an overall record of 159-99.
