Former Auburn standout Josh Donaldson hit his 200th career home run Sunday for the Atlanta Braves.

Donaldson, who played at Auburn from 2005-08, has played for four MLB teams — Oakland, Toronto, Cleveland and Atlanta. The Braves signed Donaldson to a one-year, $23 million contract on November 26, 2018.

In 2019, Donaldson has hit 18 bombs with 44 RBIs. For his career, he has hit .273, 200 home runs and nearly 600 RBIs. The Cubs originally drafted Donaldson in the first round of the 2007 MLB Draft.

On Sunday, Donaldson proved yet again why he was a first-round pick:

The Braves lead the National League East by six games before the All-Star break.
