The college football transfer portal is officially open, and hundreds of players will enter their names over the coming weeks to try to find new schools. On this page, we’ll track some of the biggest names in the portal, sorted by position:

Tanner Bailey, QB, South Carolina
Bailey is a former 3-star prospect who exits South Carolina after just 1 season. More here.
Bryson Barnes, QB, Utah
Bryson Barnes filled in as Utah’s starting quarterback for much of the 2023 season, to mixed results. With Cam Rising set to return in 2024, Barnes will look for more playing time elsewhere.
Jefferson Boaz, QB, North Carolina
Jefferson Boaz is listed at 6-foot-7 and is a North Carolina native. A former 3-star prospect in the class of 2020, Boaz completed 2-of-2 passes for 6 yards in his North Carolina career.
Max Brown, QB, Florida
Max Brown departs Florida after finishing the year as the Gators’ starting quarterback due to Graham Mertz’s collarbone injury. However, with Mertz set to return to UF in 2024, Brown’s path to playing time in Gainesville was blocked.
Tyler Buchner, QB, Alabama
Tyler Buchner exits Alabama after just one season in Tuscaloosa. Buchner, who entered the portal as a lacrosse athlete, struggled during his time with the Crimson Tide, starting once and finishing 5-for-14 with 34 yards before being pulled against USF.
Aidan Chiles, QB, Oregon State
Aidan Chiles will be a major target for numerous top programs despite not being anything close to a household name. Chiles was a 4-star prospect in the class of 2023, but sat behind DJ Uiagalelei this past season. He’ll have 4 years of eligibility at his next destination.
AJ Duffy, QB, Florida State
AJ Duffy is in the portal after 2 seasons at Florida State. He was beaten out by true freshman Brock Glenn for FSU’s third-string job this season. Duffy will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.
Dillon Gabriel, QB, Oklahoma
Gabriel was in Heisman contention for a decent portion of the 2023 season before tailing off at the end. Still, he threw for a Big 12-best 3,660 yards and 30 touchdowns during the regular season, with only 6 interceptions. He also ran for 373 yards and 12 scores. Per On3 Sports, Mississippi State, Oregon and USC are schools to watch for Gabriel.
Colton Gauthier, QB, South Carolina
Gauthier will have 2 seasons of eligibility remaining after sitting behind Spencer Rattler. More here.
Hunter Helms, QB, Clemson
Hunter Helms began his collegiate career as a walk-on but progressed to being a top reserve in Clemson’s QB room.
Mack Howard, QB, Utah
Mack Howard departs Utah after 1 season with the program. He was a 3-star prospect in the class of 2023.
Nate Johnson, QB, Utah
The redshirt freshman played in seven games with three starts for Utah in 2023, completing 39 of his 72 passes for 499 yards and three touchdowns. He added 232 rushing yards and four touchdowns on the ground. He spent two seasons in Salt Lake City and should have three years remaining. Johnson is still raw as a passer but an outstanding runner. Athan Kaliakmanis, QB, Minnesota
Athan Kaliakmanis served as Minnesota’s starting QB but underwhelmed when called upon to throw the ball. In 2 seasons with playing time, Kaliakmanis completed just 53.3% of his passes with 17 TDs and 13 INTs. He’s a former 4-star recruit out of Illinois.
Joey Labas, QB, Iowa
Joey Labas joined the Hawkeyes as a 3-star recruit in 2021. He started the bowl game for the program after the 2022 season but was bumped down the depth chart by incoming transfers Cade McNamara and Deacon Hill.
Dylan Laible, QB, Mizzou
Dylan Laible started his career at Hutchinson CC before transferring to Mizzou. He did not log a snap with the Tigers.
Riley Leonard, QB, Duke
Riley Leonard is arguably the top available quarterback in the portal to this point in the cycle. He’s a potential top pick in the 2025 NFL Draft if he has a good season at his next destination. Leonard, who battled injuries for the second half of 2023, has been linked to Notre Dame.
Kyle McCord, QB, Ohio State
Kyle McCord served as Ohio State’s starting QB for all 12 games this season. The Buckeyes went 11-1, but the offense did not achieve its full potential. Ryan Day declined to commit to McCord following the end of the season, and the former 5-star recruit hit the portal soon after.
Dante Moore, QB, UCLA
Dante Moore is a massive target in the transfer portal. He’s a former 5-star prospect who is coming off of his true freshman season at UCLA. He’s on track to fight for a starting job at a top college football power next season.
Emmett Morehead, QB, Boston College
Emmett Morehead began the season as Boston College’s starting quarterback, but was replaced by Thomas Castellanos after a slow start. Morehead threw 10 touchdown passes in 2022.
MJ Morris, QB, NC State
MJ Morris enters the transfer portal as many speculated he would after he decided to preserve his redshirt midway through the 2023 season. He played in 4 games for the Wolfpack this season and went 3-1 as their starter, but sat out the final few weeks of the regular season.
Drew Pyne, QB, Arizona State
Pyne is back in the portal after spending a season in Tempe. He originally transferred to Arizona State from Notre Dame last offseason, was in contention for the starting job in camp, and then suffered an injury midway through fall ball. Injuries limited him to two appearances. He expects to have three years of eligibility remaining and will be immediately eligible as a grad transfer.
Will Rogers, QB, Mississippi State
Will Rogers enters the portal for one final ride in college football after 4 seasons in Starkville. Rogers is one of the most accomplished QBs in Mississippi State history and owns the SEC record for most completions by a wide margin. He’s also the SEC single-season completion leader with 505 during 2021. Finally, Rogers threw for 4,739 yards in 2021, the 3rd most in SEC history for a single season.
Ken Seals, QB, Vandy
Ken Seals collected 1,274 passing yards with 10 TDs and 2 INTs in his first college season, 2022. He shared snaps at QB this past season, finishing with1,457 yards with 12 TDs and 7 INTs.
Blake Shapen, QB, Baylor
Blake Shapen will be a highly sought-after quarterback in the portal this offseason. He has 36 touchdown passes in his career and has 1 season of eligibility remaining.
Kaiya Sheron, QB, Kentucky
Sheron enters the portal just after Destin Wade did so to end the season. With incoming transfer Brock Vandagriff committed, Sheron will look elsewhere with 2 seasons of eligibility remaining. Sheron was Will Levis’ primary backup and saw action when Levis was injured in 2022.
Jeff Sims, QB, Nebraska
Sims re-enters the portal after a rough, rough year with the Huskers. He threw for just 1 touchdown with 12 total turnovers across 5 games after transferring from GT the year prior.
Brendan Sorsby, QB, Indiana (TRANSFERRING TO CINCINNATI)
Brendan Sorsby split time at QB in the 2023 season before leading the Hoosiers with over 1,500 yards and 15 touchdowns. He’s a former 3-star recruit from Texas in the 2022 recruiting class with multiple years of eligibility at his next destination.
AJ Swann, QB, Vanderbilt
AJ Swann has played significant snaps for Vanderbilt in each of the past 2 campaigns. He has 22 touchdowns and 9 interceptions in his collegiate career.
Russell Tabor, QB, North Carolina
Russell Tabor walked on at Carolina ahead of the 2021 season. He spent 3 seasons with the Tar Heels but did not attempt a pass.
Walter Taylor, QB, Vanderbilt
Walter Taylor is one of 3 Vanderbilt QBs to hit the portal following the end of the 2023 season, joining AJ Swann and Ken Seals. Unlike the previous 2, Taylor never saw significant time at QB for Vandy. He threw 15 passes in 2023, completing 5 of them.
DJ Uiagalelei, QB, Oregon State
Perhaps no transfer quarterback from the 2023 cycle had a better season than DJ Uiagalelei did for the Beavers. He has re-established his value after a couple of down seasons at Clemson and will now enter the portal as one of the most experienced quarterbacks on the market.
Brock Vandagriff, QB, Georgia (TRANSFERRING TO KENTUCKY)
Vandagriff was a highly rated recruit who sat behind Stetson Bennett IV in 2021 and 2022 and sat behind Carson Beck this past year. He threw for 165 yards, 2 touchdowns and 0 interceptions in limited backup work this season. Vandagriff committed to play at Kentucky on Dec. 6.
Tyler Van Dyke, QB, Miami
Tyler Van Dyke has been Miami’s primary starter at quarterback since midway through the 2021 campaign. His last 2 years with the Hurricanes have been up-and-down and he’s now looking for a fresh start for his final season of eligibility.
Destin Wade, QB, Kentucky
Wade joins his twin brother Keaten in the portal after just 2 seasons in Lexington. He was rated as a 4-star prospect out of high school in Nashville and saw limited action during his time with the Wildcats.
Cam Ward, QB, Washington State
Ward finished third in the Pac-12 behind Michael Penix Jr. and Bo Nix with 3,376 passing yards during the 2023 regular season. He threw 25 touchdowns and only 7 interceptions. Rumors are swirling that Ward could be heading to Ohio State, but plenty of other schools will show interest in the talented quarterback.
Kasen Weisman, QB, Colorado
A 6-foot-2 freshman from Douglasville, Georgia, Weisman signed with the Buffs as a 3-star prospect out of the 2023 class. He did not appear in a game. He’ll have all 4 years of eligibility remaining.
Running Back
Michael Allen, RB, NC State
Michael Allen saw consistent playing time over 2 seasons with the Wolfpack. He carried the ball 105 times for 519 yards during the 2022 and 2023 campaigns. He will have 2 years of eligibility remaining.
Cam Barfield, RB, Boston College
Cam Barfield spent 2 seasons in Chestnut Hill before entering the portal. He struggled in limited reps, averaging 1.9 yards per carry on 36 attempts over the past 2 years.
Kevontre Bradford, RB, LSU
Bradford has had an interesting journey with LSU. He exits following his 3rd stint with the team. Bradford originally committed to LSU, transferred to Oklahoma, transferred back to LSU then left the team for 2 seasons before trying for one final shot to earn a role. He struggled in 2023 and is now in the portal once more.
Cody Brown, RB, Virginia
Cody Brown was a 4-star prospect in the class of 2021. He initially began his career at Miami, meaning he will likely be transferring to his 3rd school in 4 years this offseason.
CJ Campbell, RB, Florida State
CJ Campbell is a walk-on who will be seeking a scholarship at his next opportunity. He was able to secure limited playing time this season in FSU’s loaded backfield. He scored 3 touchdowns over the past 2 seasons.
Donald Chaney, RB, Miami
Donald Chaney is an experienced running back who was very productive at times for the Canes. After missing most of the 2021 and 2022 seasons due to injury, Chaney rushed for a career-high 478 yards this past season.
Xavier Coleman, RB, Boston College
Xavier Coleman carried the ball just 33 times over the past 3 seasons with BC. He has 2 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Jamie Felix, RB, Georgia Tech
Jamie Felix spent 2 seasons with Georgia Tech but did not record any statistics in 2023. He will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.
Amaad Foston, RB, Virginia
Amaad Foston spent 3 seasons with Virginia. He did not play in 2021 or 2022 (injury), but did make his program debut during the 2023 campaign. Foston finished the year with 5 carries for 29 yards.
Patrick Garwo, RB, Boston College
Patrick Garwo is a former 1,000-yard rusher who has been in college football for 5 seasons. He rushed for 270 yards and 1 touchdown during the 2023 campaign. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Armoni Goodwin, RB, LSU
Goodwin was a top 10 prospect out of high school who never quite panned out at LSU after injuries derailed his first few seasons. He started thrice in 2022 but did not see action this past season.
AJ Green, RB, Arkansas
Green has been a backup during his time at Arkansas. Over the course of 3 seasons, Green ran for 953 yards and 6 touchdowns while adding 184 yards and 2 scores as a receiver. He’s a veteran presence who could be a benefit to a Group of 5 team as a starter in 2024. More here.
Elijah Green, RB, North Carolina
Elijah Green was one of Carolina’s top running back options in 2022, rushing for 558 yards and 8 touchdowns. However, he took a big step back in 2023 as Omarion Hampton earned the majority of the carries. Green ran the ball just 4 times for 12 yards this season.
Anthony Hankerson, RB, Colorado
A 5-foot-9 back from Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Hankerson spent two seasons at Colorado. He signed as a 3-star in the 2022 class and appeared in 20 games. He ran for 593 yards and 4 touchdowns on 146 carries. He’ll have 3 years to play 2.
T.J. Harvison, RB, Pitt
T.J. Harvison is leaving Pitt after his true freshman season. He did not record any statistics for the Panthers this year. He’s from Bowdon, Georgia.
Andre Hines, RB, Boston College
Andre Hines spent 3 seasons with Boston College. He earned the first carries of his career in 2023, rushing the ball 6 times for 37 yards.
Jordan Houston, RB, NC State
Jordan Houston was a consistent part of NC State’s backfield at different points over the past 5 seasons. He rushed for more than 500 yards in both the 2019 and 2022 campaigns. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Javen Jacobs, RB, Arizona State
A 5-foot-10 running back from Arizona, Jacobs signed with the Sun Devils in 2022. He appeared in 15 games across two seasons but logged just three rushing attempts. He has also been a return man on punt and kickoff teams.
Reggie Love, RB, Illinois
Reggie Love has spent the past 4 seasons with the Illini and has been a regular contributor for the last 3 years. Love rushed for 1,053 yards and 6 touchdowns during his time with Illinois. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining.
Jaylin Lucas, RB/WR, Indiana
Jaylin Lucas is an elite speedster who scored 3 return touchdowns in 2 seasons for Indiana. He also has over 800 yards of offense in those 2 seasons and will have 2 years of eligibility at his next destination.
Marcus Major, RB, Oklahoma
Major is one of 3 Sooner RBs to enter the portal and does so after a good year. He finished with 78 carries for 308 yards and a touchdown.
George Pettaway, RB, North Carolina
George Pettaway’s transfer away from North Carolina is not a surprise. Pettaway played in 4 games for the Tar Heels this season, but then sat out the rest of the year in order to maintain his redshirt. Pettaway rushed for 93 yards and 2 touchdowns as a true freshman in 2022, but never cracked UNC’s running back rotation.
Simeon Price, RB, Mississippi State
Price appeared in 25 total games across his 3-year stint in Starkville. He retains 2 seasons of eligibility.
Evan Pryor, RB, Ohio State
Evan Pryor is a former 4-star prospect who appeared primed for a versatile role at Ohio State. He sustained a season-ending knee injury that forced him to miss all of 2022. He was unable to crack the depth chart regularly in 2023.
Raheim “Rocket” Sanders, RB, Arkansas
Whoever gets Sanders is getting a beast. The Arkansas RB was one of the top rushers in the SEC this season as part of a rough Razorbacks offense. He totaled just 209 yards of rushing this season –partly due to injury – but had 1,443 yards with 10 touchdowns in 2022.
Patrick Smith, RB, Vanderbilt
Patrick Smith started 6 games for Vanderbilt in 2023. He exits Nashville after 3 seasons where he accrued 838 rushing yards with 4 touchdowns.
Daylan Smothers, RB, Oklahoma
Smothers exits Norman after just 1 season with the Sooners. He leaves after 11 carries for 42 yards.
Chip Trayanum, RB, Ohio State
An Arizona State transfer, Trayanum is on the move again. He originally arrived at Ohio State to play linebacker, but settled into a running back role. In 2023, Trayanum was the team’s second-leading rusher. More here.
Tawee Walker, RB, Oklahoma
Walker is a walk-on and enters the portal after an excellent season with the Sooners. He rushed for 496 yards with 7 touchdowns.
Wide Receiver
Thaiu Jones-Bell, WR, Alabama
Jones-Bell will have 2 seasons of eligibility remaining after 3 seasons in Tuscaloosa. He’s a former 4-star prospect out of Miami.
Jacoby Bellazar, WR, Mississippi State
Bellazar only had 1 Power 5 offer out of high school (Nebraska), so he started at the JUCO ranks. He played just 1 season for the Bulldogs, with just 1 reception for 13 yards.
O’Mega Blake, WR, South Carolina
O’Mega Blake had his best season in college football this past year. He exits Columbia after 3 seasons, but totaled 19 receptions for 250 yards and a pair of touchdowns as a parting gift.
Deion Burks, WR, Purdue
Expect to hear a lot about Burks between now and when he announces his transfer destination. He’s a rising superstar who led Purdue in catches (47), receiving yards (629) and touchdowns (7) this past season. Many big teams will be after him, including 2 in the College Football Playoff (Washington and Texas), per this report.
Thai Chiaokhiao-Bowman, WR, Florida
TCB played in 12 games as a freshman at Florida but missed most of the 2023 season due to injury. He has 3 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Casey Cain, WR, Texas
Casey Cain enters the portal after 2 seasons with the Longhorns. He totaled 207 receiving yards in Year 1 with Texas but hauled in just 1 reception this season.
Gamarion Carter, WR, Vanderbilt
Gamarion Carter saw action in 7 games this past season, finishing with 9 receptions for 89 yards. He will have 2 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Tychaun Chapman, WR, North Carolina
Tychaun Chapman had 7 catches for 135 yards this season, which was his 2nd campaign in Chapel Hill. His lone TD of the season came in a narrow loss to Georgia Tech. He has 3 years of eligibility remaining.
Beaux Collins, WR, Clemson
Beaux Collins is widely regarded as one of the top receivers to enter the transfer portal so far. He has 1 year of eligibility remaining after amassing 1,290 yards and 11 touchdowns over the last 3 seasons at Clemson.
Raymond Cottrell, WR, Texas A&M
Raymond Cottrell was the first Aggie to hit the portal following the firing of Jimbo Fisher. The Class of 2023 prospect hauled in just 1 reception for the Aggies in 2023.
Ashton Cozart, WR, Oregon
The 6-foot-3 Cozart is a former 4-star recruit from the 2023 class. He did not appear in a game for the Ducks in 2023. He’s from Texas.
Joshua Crabtree, WR, NC State
Joshua Crabtree saw action in 11 games this past season. He will have 2 years of eligibility remaining.
Dekel Crowdus, WR, Kentucky
A former 4-star prospect, Crowdus is wicked fast. He appeared in 10 games for the Wildcats this season as mostly a reserve receiver, totaling 4 receptions for 82 yards. More here.
Josh Delgado, WR, Oregon
A 5-foot-9 junior from California, Delgado spent five seasons with the Ducks and caught 15 career passes. A spring injury sidelined him for the 2023 season, which means he could apply for a medical exception and have two years of eligibility left.
Caleb Douglas, WR, Florida
Douglas announced his entry into the portal following the end of the season after 2 seasons with the Gators. He was a good receiver for the Gators despite some injury issues and exits with 21 receptions for 308 yards and a pair of touchdowns.
Julian Fleming, WR, Ohio State
Julian Fleming is a veteran receiver who got lost in the shuffle a bit amongst Ohio State’s elite playmakers. A 5-star prospect in the class of 2020, Fleming caught 26 passes for 270 yards this season.
Rico Flores Jr., WR, Notre Dame
Rico Flores Jr. was one of the top true freshman receivers in the entire country in 2023. He entered the portal after Notre Dame parted ways with receivers coach Chansi Stuckey last month. Flores caught 27 passes for 392 yards this season and will have 3 years of eligibility remaining.
DJ Graham, WR, Oklahoma
Graham switched from corner to wide receiver ahead of the 2022 season, but suffered an injury that kept him out the entirety of this season.
Andre Greene Jr., WR, North Carolina
Andre Greene Jr. showed a lot of potential early on in his Carolina career. The former 4-star prospect caught 5 passes for 43 yards over the past 2 seasons.
Michael Harrison, WR, Colorado
A 6-foot-3 hybrid who can play in-line as a tight end or as a wideout. Harrison spent four years at Colorado and will have two seasons of eligibility. He made 31 receptions for 284 yards and five touchdowns in 2023.
Tyrell Henry, WR, Michigan State
Tyrell Henry was a 3-star in-state piece of the 2022 recruiting class for the Spartans. He cracked the depth chart in the 2023 season and tied for the team lead with 3 receiving touchdowns.
Kylic Horton, WR, South Carolina
Kylic Horton spent 2 seasons with South Carolina before entering the portal in late November. He did not record any stats across his 2 seasons.
Demariyon Houston, WR, Mizzou
Houston, or “Peanut,” enters the portal for the 2nd time after a prior stint at Nebraska. He did not see action in 2023.
London Humphreys, WR, Vanderbilt
London Humphrey’s loss is a big one for Vanderbilt. He was the Commodores’ 2nd leading receiver as a freshman, totaling 439 receiving yards and 4 touchdowns.
Kris Hutson, WR, Oregon
Kris Hutson spent 4 seasons with Oregon, but his role dipped significantly in 2023. He recorded just 1 catch this past season after back-to-back campaigns of 400+ receiving yards in 2021 and 2022.
Braylon James, WR, Notre Dame
Braylon James departs Notre Dame after 1 season with the program. He caught 1 pass for 12 yards during the 2023 campaign and will have 4 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Malcolm Johnson Jr., WR, Auburn
Malcom Johnson is a former 4-star prospect in the Class of 2020. Played as a reserve receiver for the Tigers. Totaled 6 receptions for 89 yards this season.
Omari Kelly, WR, Auburn
Omari Kelly was a 3-star prospect in the Class of 2022 and committed to Auburn. He has 5 catches as a Tiger and has appeared in 19 total games. More here.
Logan Kyle, WR, Vanderbilt
Logan Kyle has spent the past 4 seasons in Nashville and played in all 12 games for the Commodores this past season. The senior WR totaled 103 receiving yards in 2023.
Mekhi Mews, WR, Georgia
Mews was Georgia’s primary return man this season and accrued over 750 all-purpose yards with the Bulldogs. He enters the portal with 2 seasons of eligibility remaining. More here.
Mikey Matthews, WR, Utah
Mikey Matthews entered the portal on December 7 after totaling 29 receptions for 261 yards as a true freshman.
Sam Mbake, WR, Arkansas
Mbake enters the portal after being dismissed from the team towards the end of the season. The former 4-star prospect has 3 seasons of eligibility remaining.
Donaven McCulley, WR, Indiana
Donaven McCulley originally began his career as a 4-star QB recruit for Indiana. He has since made the transition to WR as a 6-foot-5 target who showcased a knack for highlight-reel catches in 2023. McCulley led Indiana with 644 yards and 6 touchdowns this season.
Jayden McGowan, WR, Vanderbilt
Jayden McGowan’s loss is an unfortunate one for Vanderbilt. He was Vandy’s 2nd leading receiver behind Will Sheppard, hauling in 36 passes for 386 yards. He was also Vanderbilt’s primary return man.
Jackson Meeks, WR, Georgia
Jackson Meeks enters the portal after never earning a true role with the back-to-back champion Bulldogs. He’s a former 3-star prospect from the Class of 2021.
Tobias Merriweather, WR, Notre Dame
Tobias Merriweather was a much-hyped prospect for the Fighting Irish from their 2022 recruiting class, but was not able to earn a significant role with the team. He caught 15 passes over the past 2 seasons.
Nakai Poole, WR, Mississippi State
Poole entered the portal shortly after Mississippi State fired former HC Zach Arnett. The Class of 2023 prospect did not see action at MSU.
Shamar Porter, WR, Kentucky
Shamar Porter is a former 4-star receiver who is entering the portal after 1 season in Lexington. He was the No. 305 overall player in the class of 2023, per 247Sports Composite rankings.
Porter Rooks, WR, NC State
Porter Rooks was a 4-year contributor for NC State. He has 891 receiving yards in his career.
Landon Samson, WR, South Carolina
Samson played just 1 games for the Gamecocks across his 2 seasons, recording no stats in the Gators Bowl against Notre Dame to end last season.
Chris Scott, WR, NC State
Chris Scott enters the portal after 4 years with the Wolfpack. A converted cornerback, injuries have kept Scott off the field for a large part of his collegiate career.
Will Sheppard, WR, Vanderbilt
Will Sheppard just finished his 4th season at Vanderbilt. He’s arguably been the Commodores’ most consistent offensive player during that time, going for 500+ receiving yards in each of the past 3 seasons. He’ll be a highly sought-after wide receiver nationally.
Jyaire Shorter, WR, Auburn
Jyaire Shorter enters the portal with just 1 season of eligibility remaining following just 1 season at Auburn. Shorter shined at North Texas in 2022 before totaling just 1 reception in 2023 with the Tigers.
Demick Starling, WR, Virginia
Demick Starling spent the last 4 seasons with Virginia and earned 4 starts during his time with the program. He departs with 11 catches for 188 yards and 2 touchdowns in his career.
Anthony Smith, WR, NC State

Nate Evans was a 3-star prospect in the class of 2023. He did not see significant playing time for NC State.

Ryan Coe transferred to North Carolina ahead of the 2023 season, but did not win the starting job this year. He went 8-for-8 on extra points and 3-for-4 on field goal attempts as UNC’s backup kicker.
Caden Costa, K, Ole Miss
Costa attempted 18 field goals for the Rebels across 2 seasons, making 15 of 18. He finished his stint at Ole Miss 4-6 from 40-49 yards and 1-2 from beyond 50.
Charlie Ham, K, Duke
Charlie Ham was Duke’s starting kicker from 2020-22, but didn’t attempt any kicks in 2023. He’s 91-of-93 on extra points and 36-of-50 on field goals in his collegiate career.
