Laveroni spent just one year at Vanderbilt. In 1978 Laveroni coached at his alma mater, California and then worked at Utah State from 1979-82. From 1983-89, he worked his second stint at California, then at San Jose State followed by one year with the Arena League’s San Jose Sabercats From 1996-2000, he was at Rutgers University.
Worked in online, print, TV and radio. Bobby Valentine once wore a pair of my socks for 8 hours. In an awkward exchange, he handed them back to me to which they were immediately deposited in a trash can.
