Baggett was both Derek Dooley’s assistant coach and the Vols wide receiver coach. Da’Rick Rogers was the most productive receiver under Baggett. Rogers had over 1,000 yards receiving and nine touchdowns. Baggett had stops at Bowling Green, Minnesota, Michigan State before and several stops with NFL teams before landing in Knoxville
