Lee Fobbs
Fobbs served as running backs coach at Texas A&M from 2003 to 2005. He came to Texas A&M with head coach Dennis Franchione from Alabama. Courtney Lewis proved to be Fobbs’ best runner. Surprisingly Lewis had his best year in 2003 with 1.024 yards. Lewis’ carries diminished his senior year, 2005, with the emergence of Jorvorskie Lane. Prior to his stint at College Station and Tuscaloosa (2001-02), Fobbs was at Baylor (1997-2000), Minnesota (1996), Southern Mississippi (1995), LSU (1994), Tulane (1991-93) and Louisiana-Monroe (1989-90).
