Lubick has 14 years of coaching experience, six at the NFL level. He spent eight years on Colorado State’s coaching staff before making the leap to the Houston Texans in 2010. While in Houston, Lubick served with current Vanderbilt offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach Karl Dorrell.
