Norman C. Paine

Norman C. Paine coached college football and basketball in the early 1900’s, and coached the Arkansas football team for two seasons from 1917-1918. Under Paine’s leadership Arkansas went 8-3-1 in those two years, although it failed to win a conference game going 0-2-1 against Southwestern Conference foes. He passed away in 1955 at the age of 62.
