With the college football season about halfway over, many people are starting to make predictions on who will be in the College Football Playoff at the end of the season.

ESPN released its list of what it believes are the top 7 possibilities for the College Football Playoff.

The most likely Playoff involves Alabama, Cincinnati, Georgia, and Oklahoma. How this plays out is if Alabama wins out, Cincinnati wins out, Oklahoma wins out, and Georgia loses to the Crimson Tide in the SEC Championship Game.

The next most likely group is Cincinnati, Georgia, Michigan, and Oklahoma. For this one to work, all the teams mentioned would have to win out, including a Georgia win over Alabama in the conference championship game.

The sixth and seventh most likely, according to ESPN, are an Alabama, Georgia, Ohio State, and Oklahoma field, or an Alabama, Cincinnati, Georgia, and Michigan Playoff.

The sixth involves an Alabama win over Georgia in the SEC championship, plus a Cincinnati loss, and Ohio State and Oklahoma winning out.

For the seventh, Alabama beats Georgia, then Michigan and Cincinnati win out.

This Playoff could go a lot of ways, including the chance of Pittsburgh winning out.
