Losing Anias Smith was a really bad break. We had other players leave the game, but that was a terrible loss. Saw Bumper Pool talking to him after the game, I think he rolled over his ankle. Shook hands. Good sports, unlike some who post here.

He’s had his nose in the air throughout the recruiting process, committing and backing away from others before A&M. He’ll eventually commit somewhere, maybe, or may flit around thru the transfer portal. Wouldn’t surprise me.
That pitching, fielding & throwing needs to clean up.

It's great to have a good starting team, it's better to have ready backups. A&M didn't have a ready backup when the starting QB went out last season. Talk about the four losses all you want, but losing the starting QB early in the season and finishing strong was good coaching, period. We're one win in against y'all, and I'm looking forward to making it two in a row in Tuscaloosa.
