I agree. It is sad but this has always been Auburn’s way. Hire mediocre coaches who have ties to Auburn already (no matter how minimal) so they can keep manipulating. Our recruiting this year has been awful and Bono’s son doesn’t deserve a scholarship. But Auburn never goes after great players or coaches. We get lucky occasionally but the boosters are still far too involved in deciding who gets to be a part of Auburn football.

Waegl44 you are sickening. I know there are idiot fans like you in every fan base; but momentarily, I was ashamed to be an Auburn fan. You dislike what a fan of a rival team says (in spite of it being true) so you tell him you wish he had died of cancer? That’s pathetic. Does the Auburn creed mean anything to you? Last night was a tough loss but Auburn hasn’t played with enough skill and emotion to win in weeks. But as a cancer survivor myself I cannot believe you’d make a comment like that to anyone. I hope you get banned from this site and from Auburn games.
