Expanding the CFP from 4 to 8 games would not be good for this. You want the 4 best teams out there, past that it really doesn't matter. One thing that needs to be taken in account is the time factor and also expense for everyone. You are extending the CFP much longer than it needs to be. Factor in fatigue and injuries and the money the fans will have to pay just to see if their team can get past the last 4 tier and its a lot of games that don't need to be played. IMO
