Nonsense. Games 2-4 of Odom's 2nd year:
South Carolina 13-34
Purdue 3-35
Auburn 14-51
All three of those games were at HOME. Mizzou's lost a couple highly competitive road games vs. Good UK and BC squads. Drink is a MUCH better coach than Odom.
I'd call this article a bit of a rapid OVERreaction. Calling this a brutal loss is ridiculous. The final line on this game was BC -1, and the game was tied after 60 minutes. Mizzou is a young team with a pretty tough early schedule: early road games against good P5 teams UK and BC. I saw Mizzou battle back twice and come within a play or two of winning both games. This team's going to have some growing pains this year. Just need to keep improving, slowly but surely.
