Bluebeard

Simple fix. Player sits for quarter or half. Then timeouts are taken away. Then 10 yard penalty's with automatic 1st downs, of course with clock stopped. Optional: Opposing team gets option of adding or deleting 30 or 60 second depending on inside or outside of 2 minutes remaining in half or game.
