Here's a thought. The next time you decide to bust out a 19 year old kid who doesn't meet your expectations, why don't you do some research first? You may find that he should have redshirted as a freshman but couldn't or he had some strong competition ahead of him. Perhaps you could actually interview the kid and get his perspective! You may get to share some insight that way and discover he is excited about the upcoming season and looking forward to a break out year.
