You’re not addressing the biggest issue we have. Look how horrific the O line is playing. You want to know why we don’t make deep passes, start there. George is constantly getting beat. Slaughter was caught looking back at the qb on a screen play where he’s supposed to be blocking. He’s getting thrown around like a rag doll. The o line is just terrible

This game will not be close. Although Florida’s defense ranks around 105 or so in the pass defense, it’s actually not so much the secondary that’s at fault. It’s the linebacker corps. Our run defense is so terrible, that we have to bring safeties up almost every play, leaving corners on islands constantly. So it’s basically pick your poison for Florida. If we come up, Georgia will pass on us. If we drop back, Georgia will go to their bread and butter and just run it. Floridas first 2 downs defense is okay, but we are the second worst team when it comes to third down. And it’s crazy because the average to go on 3rd down for opposing teams is 7 yards. Our receivers aren’t good. Our backs are great, as is the o line. But that is a strength vs strength situation. Florida 17 Georgia 45

We are at a point currently where our sophomores and up were coached by grantham and our freshmen are inexperienced. It takes more than a year to get rid of bad habits from the previous regime

I’d say he averages out to about a C+ or B- honestly. But it’s not like he’s consistently around that. It’s like he’s either grading as an A or he’s grading as a D or F. No in between.

The corners named above are usually in good position when it comes to coverage, they just don’t win the battles. As it mentions, the corners don’t have safety help because we have to use them to stop the run because our line sucks and linebackers are even worse.
