I continue to be amazed at the lack of ability by pro teams to evaluate Alabama players. Have they never heard the expression the team is more valuable than it's individual parts. Same idea applies to colleges that pay a fortune for Saban's assistants and continually seem to genuinely by surprised when they suck. Saban simply outworks everyone else and then blows smoke up pro teams butts to make his players go high in the draft thus helping his recruiting. It's a vicious cycle that people can't seem to understand.

The inmates are running the asylum when the players are throwing the other team's shoes down the field and he isn't even called out much less sent to the locker room. Maybe that's the result of hiring a coach that never played the game and learned how important discipline is.
