You know Morris is older than Bobo, right? And unless you have elite talent, spread doesnt work that well in the SEC. As you should recall, how many times did SC whip Clemsons ass when he was OC, all but once.
In all fairness, good RBs were scarce between Knowshon leaving and Gurley/Marshall coming in. He also didnt have the monster OLine like he would get here now. Richt preferred a smaller, quicker oline.
Pump the breaks on the great recruiter he is. Remember he didn't recruit DeShaun Watson, because he "didn't fit the system". I would love for him to come back, and hopefully he changes his tune in situations like those and Kirby gives him full control of the offense.
